The Police Federation negotiates on all aspects of pay, allowances, hours of duty, annual leave and pensions for Police Officers.

It is consulted when police regulations are made on areas such as promotion, training and discipline. It takes an active interest in a wide range of subjects which affect the police service and puts forward views on your behalf. As a result, the Federation is more than a staff association. It is also a professional and consultative body, able to influence not only living standards through pay and benefits, but also the development of professional standards.

We have been working with the GPF for a number of years now. We provide them with a fully managed solution whereby they simply email us with updates they require. The site provides a plethora of information for serving Police officers, Retired Police officers and Police service employees.

A good reason to use WordPress for this site was for the ‘Member Services’ area of the site, which now number well over 300. Due to the regular updating of website it has achieved great Search Engine rankings and is regularly found in all manner of results due to the large amount of data found on the site.

We also produce a regular Email Newsletter for the GPF which is compiled from the most recent updates to the site using a very handy newsletter WordPress plugin.
