  I've attended two of Bren's AI training sessions - a usefully illustrated presentation introducing new and novice users to the technology and its platforms and potential, and a follow-on workshop at my workplace.  Both were just what I needed - Bren explains things well, making it easy to access and use the technology, and I'm already using it in different ways. It lets me take on tasks beyond my knowledge and experience, saves a huge amount of time and effort, and I'm finding it useful for everyday living as well as work.
